Using this website
The website is operated by the El Paso Hispanic Independent Automobile Dealers Association. Use it lawfully and do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or harvest personal information. Website features, event details and policies may change.
Educational information
Dealer resources, regulatory summaries, FAQs and automated responses are general educational information only, not legal, tax, licensing, financial, insurance or accounting advice. Rules and official procedures can change. Confirm important decisions with the responsible government agency or a qualified professional.
AI and automated guide
Ask EPHIADA is an automated website guide, not a person or authorized professional advisor. Answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. It cannot establish membership standing, make legally binding commitments, or replace official agency guidance. Do not provide sensitive information in the chat.
Meetings and check-in
Monthly meeting RSVPs are now submitted on EPHIADA.org and may be associated with an arrival check-in through a personal confirmation ID. A check-in entry does not itself confirm association membership, guarantee admission or subscribe a person to marketing emails. Dates, capacity, locations and participation rules are subject to change.
Donations and memberships
Donations and memberships are separate activities, and donations do not automatically include VIP benefits. Payment and registration services such as Zeffy have their own terms. A payment confirmation or receipt alone does not establish tax deductibility. Seek professional tax advice where needed.
Sponsors and external links
Sponsor recognition may reflect paid or in-kind support, but it does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or guarantee. External links lead to sites EPHIADA does not control. See our Sponsorship and Advertising Disclosure.
Content and responsibility
Original EPHIADA content and branding are for association purposes, subject to applicable rights. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Services are provided as available; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
