Business recognition
EPHIADA may display names, logos, links and event acknowledgments for organizations that provide financial sponsorship, in-kind support, promotions or community partnerships. Not every participating business is necessarily a paid advertiser.
Paid and sponsored content
Some placements or social posts may be compensated through a sponsorship package. Content representing a paid promotion or endorsement should be identified clearly as sponsored or paid, as appropriate to the communication.
No endorsement
Listing a sponsor does not certify, warrant, recommend or guarantee that company's products, services or commercial outcomes. EPHIADA does not promise referrals, customer leads, website traffic, sales or business performance.
Member and attendee privacy
A public sponsor listing does not grant access to private meeting attendance or membership records. Sponsors and community partners are responsible for their own advertising claims, personal data handling and agreements with visitors.
